Pertinent design and simulation data is simplified into interchangeable models that can be seamlessly adjusted  in the design process.  Model re-model errors are eliminated with proprietary integration techniques.

Learning cycles are a precious resource in transformative technological development.  We gain incredible insites by integrating multi-domain simulation cycles with our building blocks and specialized metadata.  Thermal, flow, structural, kinematic, modal, electromagnetic, cost and control systems simulations can be simplified and quickly iterated without moving the model away from the design, standard or definition.

TEST

Our testing structure rapidly evolves as the customer discovers what can be achieved with the new systems approach to their products, services and business processes.

Common stress tests performed in congress with real time hardware-in-the-loop testing; invoking robust distributed embedded controllers and machine generated code to allow functionality.  Enabling consultant and customer to move directly to  state control, fault management and machine health management firmware and software.


Rigorous test and commercialization processes assure quality is by design, resulting in a smooth rollout and production ramp in as the new system advantages become the new status quo and are in high demand.

MANUFACTURE

The manufacturing organization is an intricate part of our development pipeline.  Manufacturing processes and cost sensitive elements are likewise embedded into the model based design elements.  Material, machining and fabrication considerations are further integrated into the costing model which enables congruent cycles of learning with simulation loops. 
This often overlooked engineering parameter becomes a system element for optimization against the whole; controlling cost with standards borne from the model based design elements.
