With a powerful 21,000 hydraulic horsepower (hhp) generated from four quintuplex fluid ends integrated on one direct drive frame. The zero gear design using a direct drive eliminates losses from gears and transmissions and simplifies the load path and potential points for failure. The Sliding Cross-Headâ„¢ design provides a smooth operation delivering fluid on both directions. Also eliminating power end failures from crankshaft, connecting pin and wrist pin.  
 
With four advanced MVDC high torque electromagnetic motors each with integrated drive electronics provides greater efficiency and insures reduction in electrical losses.  
 
The high pressure Quad-Quintuplexâ„¢ pumps are capable of delivering flow rates of in excess of 4,000 GPM and pressures up to 22,000 PSI continuous duty with a piston force (rod load capacity) of 350,000 lbs. 
 
The Quad-Quintuplexâ„¢ integrated machine health management provides sensing and monitoring allowing for auto-diagnostic reporting and performance analysis.

The utilization of four fully integrated quintuplex fluid ends on a single skid dramatically simplifies and provides quicker site mobilisation and connection time with less hassle of unnecessary connection hoses and hook up of electrical power and control & sensor cabling. 
 
With a compact single skid arrangement a smaller pad space is required with fewer transport loads. This provides lower mobilisation costs and lower environmental impact.

 The utilization of multiple Quad-Quintuplexâ„¢ units on a single trailer providing in the region of 42,000 hhp. This high performance, high pressure configuration offers greater efficiency and lower CAPEX costs.  
 
The trailer option provides the operator with greater pressure and enhanced flow control. The faster connection times are achieved due to minimum field connections. 
 
Offering fewer transport loads and reduced pad space the Multiple Quad-Quintuplexâ„¢ configuration provides the operator with a superior service.

The QQ offers an incredible output spectrum with a variety of fluids.  Pure water or industry leading ultra dense cracking fluids, the QQ can handle almost any operational requirement with multi megawatt pumping needs.
